IZ*ONE

IZ*ONE (아이즈원 /アイズワン) is a girl-group formed by the 12 winners of Produce 48, the third season of Produce 101. IZ*ONE is a Korean-Japanese girl group with members from Japan’s AKB48 and affiliated groups as well as trainers from South Korea. The members of IZ*ONE are Jang Won Young, Miyawaki Sakura, Jo Yu Ri, Choi Ye Na, Ahn Yu Jin, Yabuki Nako, Kwon Eunbi, Kang Hyewon, Honda Hitomi, Kim Chaewon, Kim Minjoo, and Lee Chaeyeon. IZ*ONE will be promoting for two and a half years before the members are permanently returning back to their respective companies and groups.

The official name for IZ*ONE fans will be WIZ*ONE (announced on 29th October 2018), standing for WIZARD. The meaning behind is for fans to enjoy the magical journey (WIZ short for Wizard) of IZ*ONE together as ONE!

Due to the unique combination of Japanese and Korean artists, the group will be managed by Off The Record Entertainment in Korea and AKS (AKB48’s company) in Japan.
